Here's what I want to do with my OBI202:

Phone Port 1:

Line 1 (Red/Green) - Home Phone
Line 2 (Yellow/Black) - Office Phone

Phone Port 2:

Line 3 (Red/Green) - Fax Machine
Line 4 (Yellow/Black) - Miscellaneous line to ring into Line 1 or 4th device

Can this be done? How do I set it up?

The OBi202 will only support 2 phone lines.

Phone Port 1 Yellow/Black is hard wired to Phone Port 2 Red/Green.
This is to support a 2 line phone with a single cable.

I believe Phone Port 2 Yellow/Black is dead.

Most Fax machines will support distinctive ring.
Set the Fax to Distinctive double ring.

Connect the home phone to PH1
Connect the office phone and fax to PH2

Voice Services -> SP1 Service (home phone)
X_InboundCallRoute: ph

Voice Services -> SP2 Service (office phone)
X_InboundCallRoute: ph2

Voice Services -> SP3 Service (fax)
X_InboundCallRoute: ph2
X_RingProfile: B

Voice Services -> SP4 Service (extra line)
X_InboundCallRoute: ph
X_RingProfile: B

The fax and extra line will have a double ring.

The ring pattern is determined by the combination of X_RingProfile and X_DefaultRing.

The Ring Patterns can be found here:
Ring Settings -> Ring Profile A/B
There are 10 ring patterns in each profile.
The ring patterns can be modified.

Use OBi Expert to make the above changes.

You can connect a smartphone, an IP phone or a softphone on a computer and have these ring separately with inbound calls on SP4.

tempo150101,
As azrobert stated, "The The OBi202 will only support 2 phone lines".

I use a single 4-conductor phone cable to connect my 2-Line Portable phone to the Phone1 {Line1+Line2} Jack,  the Phone2 Jack can be used to connect to a FAX that is shared with the second line.

I configured my OBi202 with three Voice Services.
SP1  -  Vestalink  -  Home phone with E911 and CNAM for incoming calls.
SP2  -  Google Voice - Outgoing Calls.
SP3  -  Home Backup - voip.ms
SP4  -  Virtual Office & FAX - voip.ms

I use Google Voice for Call Screening, Call Forwarding and the powerful Google Contacts and Group features.

Thanks for all your help; got everything working just fine.

Phone Port 1:

SP1 - Main home number;
SP3 - Fax number with distinctive ring;
SP4 - Secondary line (really just parking the number just to keep it).

Phone Port 2:

SP2 - Office line, outgoing only (incoming comes in through an answering service).
