Obi200 help

Hi,
I have my OBI200 installed and both ring to and anveo 911 set up and registered.  I am getting nothing but dead air on the handset of the phone.  I have been dealing with ring to and they have trouble shot all they could on their end.  Any help is much appreciated I have no house phone for weeks now.

You need to be more explicit than writing "I am getting nothing but dead air on the handset of the phone."  That can be interpreted as including "I do not get any dial tone when I take the phone off-hook."  Is that really the case?
