Can you let us know which of the following features works when you only have one Google Voice connection?  Would any work if you have two Google Voice connections?

- Message Waiting Indication - Visual and Tone Based
- Speed Dialing of 99 OBi Endpoints or Numbers
- Three Way Conference Calling with Local Mixing
- Hook Flash Event Signaling
- Caller ID Name & Number
- Caller ID Spoofing
- Call Waiting
- Call Forward - Unconditional
- Call Forward on Busy
- Call Forward on No Answer
- Call Transfer
- Anonymous Call
- Block Anonymous Call
- Do Not Disturb
- Call Return
- Repeat Dialing

Are there any other functions/capabilities that are available and are specific to Google Voice?  Sorry - my telephony knowledge is limited so I'm unsure as to which of these are considered features of the Obi device vs. features needing Google Voice support.

Yes, except the following:
-Message Waiting Indication
-Anonymous Call
-Block Anonymous Call
-Caller ID Spoofing
-Caller ID Name (OBi only shows number)

For 3-way calls, 3-way conference, Call-waiting, and call transfer, that
involve 2 GV calls, you need to setup 2 GV accounts, on SP1 and SP2, since device only supports 1 call at a time per GV account.

Similarly, to call forward a GV call to another GV number, you also need 2
GV accounts.

These features are offered by the OBi device.

For Google Voice features, better check out Google Voice official website.
