Anveo incoming call issues

I'm having trouble with inbound calls via Anveo to my obi202...

Anveo was configured as SP1 via the Obi/Anveo wizard. The OBi shoes up as 'Registered' on OBiTalk

Outbound calls work fine, and calls to Google Voice (on SP2, same device) work fine.

Anveo insists it's my router (and they won't help)- but the facts don't fit.

How does one manage through this sort of multivendor VoIP problem?

(I should also say that I am using a Cisco RV325 router - SIP ALG is disabled)
