Automated Calling

I would like to be able to Dial with pre-recorded messages to Businesses and People.

Wasn't sure if anyone had heard you can do this or not.

That was my thought when I read the OP earlier but I felt that I should leave it for someone else in case I misinterpreted the request. I think that this is a first. At least in my recollection.

I hope you have checked the rules for robocalling.  Unless you have "express written consent" Robocalls are illegal for commercial use in the US.  Most of us are not fans of robocalls and we have spent a great deal of time finding ways to avoid robocalls and annoy telemarketers that call us.  Some of us have even considered forwarding robocalls automatically to the FCC complaint lines.  Let them sell their crap to the FCC and see how that goes.

I will assume you personally are not one of these plagues on humanity so I will point you where you need to go first BEFORE you even consider robocalling.
