No ring tone when using speed dial

Two days ago this problem started - when I call one of my speed dial numbers I don't hear any ring tone, but the person does pick up. I haven't tried any of my other speed dial numbers (I only have designated one other).

When I dial full numbers I do hear a ring tone, as expected.

Using Obi 202. It is configured to use Vestalink for outgoing calls. Maybe Vestalink is the source of the trouble and not speed dial? That doesn't seem likely.

Have you tried dialling that full number instead of using the speed dial?  Do you hear it ringing or not?

Urk. Last night I dialed the full number - still no ring. So my guess about speed dial is wrong. Need to run more tests - will report back.
