Phone NOT working

I had to remove the Obi box from my PC for a few days

I have now put the Obi back in my system.  It is connected exactly as I had it before it was removed from the system.

THE PHONE NO LONGER WORKS.
I don't get dial tone and can NOT make or receive calls.

On the Obi box, there is a steady green light.

How do I get the phone working again?  I have tried everything I know.

1. An OBi ATA has no dependency on a PC.

2. Check the phone cord and if your OBi is a 110 ensure you are plugging the phone into the PHONE socket.

    I unplugged everything and waited a few minutes and plugged it all back in and NOW it works.
