Just got my new 1022 phone today:-)

Freephoneline.ca no inbound voice for both inbound call and outbound call. The router of OBI202. Google Voice is fine. I did this but still doesn't work:
1.Portforwarding udp 17600-17798 to obi1022.
2.Portforwarding udp 5060-6060 to obi1022.

Thanks,
David

Does you router have SIP Application Gateway Enabled? If so, disable it as this router function generally stops VOIP working correctly and is not needed.

Thanks for the reply, I use OBI202 as my router and it doesn't have an option to do with SIP ALG.

In order for your OBi to be able to send packets w/o interruption, please configure your router as follows:

Allow Outgoing:
TCP Ports: 6800, 5222, 5223
UDP Ports: 5060, 5061, 10000 to 11000, 16600 to 16998, 19305
Allow Incoming on UDP Port: 10000

1. I've never seen a domestic router (including the OBi202) that has settings to allow specified outgoing ports.

2. Temporarily disconnect the 1022 and temporarily configure the FPL account on the 202.  Do you still have no inbound audio?

Just setup the port forwarding on obi202 for rtp packets and it worked.the rtp ports are different if itsp# is different.

This is confusing and out of date. It is based on the OBi1xx series and has never been updated for the OBi2xx and IP phones.

yes, these are outdated.
Different SP might use different udp ports for rtp traffic, you have to look at the settings for your SP and it's ITSP.
