After I fixed the SP1 register issue, I added some trusted callers at Dashboard. But the AA system doesn't work. I can't see these numbers at X_InboundCallRoute.

Voice Service / Auto Attendent:

Auto Attendent is enabled.

DigitMap: (<00:$1>|0|1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|xxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.S3)

OutboundCallRoute:
{{0:ph},{(1(800|888|877|866|855|844|216|647|905|289)xxxxxxx):sp4},{(1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx):sp2}

Manually add them with OBi Expert.
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute:
{(1?4801111111|1?4802222222|1?4803333333):aa},{ph1}

This will work with 10 or 11 digit CallerIDs.
You don't need the "1?" if you are receiving 10 digit CallerIDs.

I tried, and I can enter the AA menu. But every number I dial it will say "There is no call routing".

OutboundCallRoute:
{{0:ph} should be {0:ph}

Thanks. It's working now.

Hi,

I have given {12341234567:aa},ph in my Obi200 SP2 X_InboundCallRoute. I have selected ObiBT as primary line for aa. I have changed aa digit map to (xx.)

I can connect to aa, enter pin & dial out number. After aa try to connect, it tells invalid number or routing not available.

What to do?

You've posted in someone else's topic... you should start your own *new* topic.  :)

It sounds like you need to confirm your AA1 dial plan... digit map, outbound call route, and primary line.  The digit map should accept/pass the digits dialed to the outbound call route.  The out bound call route should accept/route the number passed to a valid trunk.  Examine these to determine what they are doing to your AA1 digits dialed.
