obihai 202 - cannot make outgoing calls on Google Voice

I setup a Obihai 202 using Google Voice and went thru the steps suggested on FAQ for the issue where I hear one ring followed by a busy tone when I am trying to make an outgoing call. I am unable to receive incoming calls as well. http://www.obihai.com/faq/GV-and-the-OBi/trs-busy-hangouts

I was able to complete all the steps but I do not get the Google Chat option and therefore cannot set that check box as suggested. I realize this is a google issue ... so if anyone has a workaround for this it'll be of immense help!

I found the solution within another thread that did the trick!

obi needs to update their instructions to include this
