Dialling out from UK using a US sip provider

Hello,

I'm trying to use the VOIP.ms UK (London) sip server. From what I gather when I dial out it's as if I'm dialling out from the US - i.e. it doesn't recognise the UK cell phone number format of 07xxx xxxxxx  so I guess I have to add 0044 and remove the first zero so that I send out 0044 7xxx xxxxxx .
My dial plan knowledge is a bit limited at the moment, - here's what I thought would work :-

(<**2><0:><0044>07xxxxxxxxxS1|<**2>00xx.|<**1>0844xxxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxS4|xx.)

**2 being Voip.ms , **1 being sipgate for non-geographical UK numbers

The primary dialling out line is my PSTN  (I get free local & national calls). I don't think I'm far off the mark - any pointers would be most appreciated.

The rule to remove the leading 0 and replace it with 0044 and divert it to SP2 would be:

<0:**20044>7xxxxxxxxx
