flashing red light on OBI110: no link light on the router port

Hi,

I received my OBI110 yesterday and was able to get things plugged up and working well enough to be able to dial the echo service.  Easy-Peazy

Today my goal was to get things working on google voice.  When I powered up the OBI110, the system would only show a blinking read status.  There was also no link light on the port to the router.  I tried swapping Ethernet cables and phone cables, resetting the unit, moving the unit to a different switch (still no link light on the switch).  I tried unplugging the network cable and plugging in only the phone, I was not able to get the attendant, or even a dialtone.

Any ideas, or validation of this problem by others would be greatly appreciated.
