Can I configure other VoIP service providers not listed on the Approved Service Provider page?
Yes. Once you have signed in to OBITALK, select the Approved Service Provider link. Then, select Next under "OBiTALK Compatible Service Provider" towards the bottom of the page. You may choose from a list of popular service provider templates or if you do not see your Service Provider on the list select "Generic Provider".

I configured a VoIP service through the OBiTALK Approved Service Provider (ASP) page, but the status is still showing "Service Not Configured".
