How does the OBi work with a VoIP service?
Depending on the model, the OBi can be configured with up to two (2) or four (4) VoIP services. You can make one of these services the Primary line which will be used to call numbers when dialed normally from the telephone attached to the PHONE port of the OBi. If you want to use the second, third or fourth VoIP service for the call you can dial **2, **3, **4, repectively, before you dial the destination number, e.g. **2-1-212-555-1234.

Inbound calls will ring the phone(s) attached to the PHONE port of the OBi. If the caller is in the OBiTALK Circle of Trust or calling from a number in the OBiTALK Trusted Callers list, the OBi Attendant will answer the call. The OBi Attendant will provide a menu of choices as to how the caller can direct their call.
