I have Google Apps and my OBi status is showing Connected but I can’t make or receive calls
To fix this issue, please do the following:
- Login in to the admin.google.com to manage your domain – make sure you login with the email address that has the admin privilege to this domain.
- Go to apps ? Google apps ? settings for Google talk/hangouts ? advanced settings
- Select "Hangouts chat or Google Talk" then click save settings
- Wait a few seconds for the change to save and take effect
- Try your calls again
Google Voice on the OBi
When I use the number which is the forwarded phone for Google Voice to call my Google Voice, it always goes to voicemail.
