I have Google Apps and my OBi status is showing Connected but I can’t make or receive calls
To fix this issue, please do the following:
  1. Login in to the admin.google.com to manage your domain – make sure you login with the email address that has the admin privilege to this domain.
  2. Go to apps ? Google apps ? settings for Google talk/hangouts ? advanced settings
  3. Select "Hangouts chat or Google Talk" then click save settings
  4. Wait a few seconds for the change to save and take effect
  5. Try your calls again
