Troubleshooting OBiLINE:
If you cannot make or receive calls via the phones attached to the OBi VoIP device, directly connect a telephone to the landline and make a call to ensure the landline service is working normally. Next, go to the OBi device's OBi Expert "Physical Interface" settings available after signing into OBiTALK to ensure the Line service is Enabled.More information about OBiLINE configuration is available in the OBi Device Admin guide and the OBiTALK Forum.

OffThe OBiLINE adapter is not receiving power from the OBi device and is not able to make or receive calls.
Solid GreenThe OBiLINE adapter is operational and ready to make and receive calls over the connected line service.
Note: The telco line service must be operational, e.g. the line is in service with dial tone.
Flashing GreenThe OBiLINE adapter is in use.
Flashing RedThe OBiLINE adapter is not operational.
If flashing red persistently, check the telco line for service issues.

The OBiLINE adapter has not been enabled in the host OBi device's configuration.
Solid RedThe OBiLINE adapter is non-operational. Check the host OBi device is at the correct software version.
