I’m unable to set up the OBiWiFi5G dongle on my OBi device.
Setting up the OBiWiFi5G dongle may require your OBi to run the latest firmware. If you are having trouble configuring the OBiWiFi5G dongle, there is a good chance your OBi firmware needs to be updated.

Updating the OBi firmware is simple:

  1. Log into your OBiTALK account and check if there is a Yellow Exclamation Icon next to your OBi number. The Yellow Exclamation Icon indicates that a newer firmware is available for the OBi.
  2. Click on the Yellow Exclamation Icon to update the OBi firmware.
  3. Follow the link below to setup your OBiWiFi5G dongle.
