- Unplug the power from the OBi1000 Series IP phone.
Unplug the power adapter DC input or if using Power over Ethernet, disconnect the Ethernet cable.
- Press the Home and Back keys simultaneously.
While keeping the keys depressed, power-up the OBi1000 Series IP phone with a power adapter or Ethernet (PoE). Keep the Home and Back keys depressed at least 10 seconds.
- After at least 10 seconds, release the Home and Back keys.
The display should return to a normal operational state.
