OBI110 is flashing red & green

Recently after a power cycle I noticed that my OBI110 after power up starts flashing in green LED and after a few seconds it alternately flashes green and red. Does any boy know the reason or solution to this problem? as It does not come up at all.

It may be in a loop, repeatedly rebooting.  First try unplugging and reconnecting the power cable after a leaving it off for several seconds.  If cycling the power doesn't help, disconnect everything but the power cable.  Using a paperclip, hold the reset button (that's accessible through the hole with a circle around it on the bottom of unit) depressed for at least 30 seconds.  If it still repeatedly reboots after releasing the reset button, it would appear the unit has failed.
