In Figure 1, it is suppose you install an OBi110 in Hong Kong, whose LINE port is connected to the PSTN fixed line and you have to work in the mainland China with a notebook and a mobile phone such as iPhone.

Installation procedures for achieving Objective 1:As per Figure 1, we follow the information below to set up the system.
Hong Kong OBi1101) Connect the INTERNET port to the LAN port of an router which is connected to the internet.
2) Connect the PHONE port with an ordinary (corded or cordless) phone.
3) Connect the POWER port with the OBi110 prvided 12V power adaptor
Mainland China with OBiAPP or OBiON1) Goto the OBiTalk website
www.obitalk.com to creat an account for your software devices such as PC
or iPhone/Android phone
2) Install OBiAPP on your PC + Softphone such as X-Lite or Zoiper
How to make phone calls to your HK home?1) Key the OBiTalk number printed on the bottom of the OBi110 box
Press <9-digit of HK Home OBi110 number>
2) The phone attached to the PHONE port of the OBi110 will ring
3) If someone at your HK home picks the call, then you are able to talk with him/her.
Installation procedures for achieving Objective 2:Hong Kong OBi1101）Connect the LINE port with the fixed line provided by HK Telco company.
Mainland China with OBiAPP or OBiON1) You have to add the OBi110 to be your "My OBi Endpoints"
How to make HK PSTN calls via HK home's OBi110's PSTN LINE? -- via AA (two-stage dialling method)1) Key the OBiTalk number printed on the bottom of the OBi110 box
Press <9-digit of HK Home OBi110 number> OR speed dial number for the OBi110
2) Your call will be directed to the Auto Attendant (AA) of the OBi110
3) You may have the following options:
Press "1" to continue this call (to the phone connected to the PHONE port of the OBi110)
Press "2" to make a new call (to HK PSTN via the fixed line connected to the LINE port of the OBi110)
Press "3" to make call back
4) You press 2 and key the digits that you want to make an HK PSTN call.
How to make HK PSTN calls via HK home's OBi110's PSTN LINE? -- (one-stage dialling method)1) Press <speed dial number for the OBi110> + <*> + <HK PSTN number>
The one-stage dialling method is an new feature of firmware 1.2 or above.
