I would guess they were determined by OBiTalk according to the information that you provided  when you set up your system. Maybe they are still set to factory defaults.

On the other hand, maybe you bought the box used, and the previous owner set it up. Maybe your sibling came in and made changes.

Thanks Shale, I appreciate your response....this is a brand new box that I'm in the process of configuring. How is the InboundCallRoute used? I'm wondering if I've made an error at some point since this parameter string contains my gmail address and cell phone number? Does yours contain similar info?

Instead go to http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/ , create an account if you did not do so already, and sign in. Use the OBiTalk Dashboard to define your device. Then that service programs the setup for you.
