Hello:

I do not understand the purpose(s) of the call back feature.

I have read many posts and the help  but I don't think that I understand most of the terminology.

Can someone explain, in newbie speak, what I might do with it.

Thanks,

Rob.

The OBi can be configured to answer all calls, or selectively based on CallerID, on a trunk-by-trunk basis using InboundCallRoute rules.

Great! (again)

What is 'not so great' is that I will try setting up AA on Monday - maybe you should take the day 'off'. :)

Thanks,

You might find this POST helpful as the OBi Device Administration Guide and some of the documentation on this forum are incomplete, unclear, and confusing.
