Title: Solid Red Light - No Dial Tone, No other lights

Guys,

Need some help here..I just plugged in a Obi110 and I see a solid red light. The internet connectivity light blinks green once in a while. There are no lights ON for Telephone & Telco lines
Tried factory reset - doesn't seem to work.
I have checked for the ethernet connectivity - seems fine.

Hi Raj123,

You mentioned that the ethernet connectivity seems fine.  Are you able to log in to the OBI unit via its IP address?  If so, check Status -> System Status to see what's up and what's down.  If you can access the OBI this way, you may also be able to update/flash the latest firmware under System Management -> Device Update.

If the power indicator is red it might be IMHO a power adapter issue. Contact Obihai support.

Thanks for the comments. I ended up calling Amazon and got a replacement device. Now, the new device is working fine.

I had the same problem, same solution too!.
