I suspect Build 2868 (similar to 2872 noted here http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=8984.0 (http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=8984.0)) uses GV OAuth and requires using OBiTALK.com to provision GV on your OBi.
