Everybody has the same problem.
You can backup the OBi configuration using the local interface.
Key the IP address of the OBi into a Web Browser.
Hit Enter
The UserID and default Password are both "admin".
Click System Management then Device Update.
Under Backup Configuration check OBi version.
Click Backup
