Title: phones not ringing

Using google voice and obi 200 my phones do not ring. Incoming calls go directly to voice mail. I can make outbound calls without a problem. I have try everything I have read so far and nothing works.

Thanks Steve. I already saw this and have tried it several times. But I tried again. I guess because I am desperate for anything to work.

You haven't provided enough detail to diagnose your problem.

You said "...my phones do not ring".  Which phones?  Just the phone(s) attached to the OBi, or do you have other forwarding phones added to Google Voice as forwarding phone numbers?

Log onto your Google Voice account from a computer's web browser, not from a mobile device, go to the settings page: 

https://www.google.com/voice#phones (https://www.google.com/voice#phones)

and take a screenshot.  Black out all personal information, except leave the last 4 digits of any phone numbers exposed.  Attach it here, by clicking on the "+Additional Options..." link below the text area of the forum post editor.

I use Google Apps and deleting my google apps chat account from the Google Voice -> Phones page fixed this for me.

That makes no sense.  You must have Google Chat listed on your Google Voice settings page as a forwarding destination to use GV with your OBi device.
