Is SP1 configured for GoogleVoice or for a SIP ITSP?

Maybe it was lonely and wanted to hear a friendly voice?

The number after "From" is the CallerID Name of the caller.
The number after SP1 is the CallerID of the caller.
Your provider screwed up and sent CallerID as the CNAM.

Most likely it was a telemarketer spoofing their Caller ID.  Don't worry about it.
