When making changes to configuration, the emergency services dialog appears and it is necessary to click "agree." That's fine, but the dialog is designed to pop up such that it doesn't fully appear on the screen and it is necessary to scroll down (on a laptop) to click "agree." That small annoyance could easily be remedied by having the dialog open higher on the page. I recommend that change.
