Title: Busy Signal When I try to Call (Using Google Voice)
Post by: enelsonmo on August 19, 2015, 06:03:52 AM
I have an obi talk 110. I have google voice setup on sp1. I followed the Google Voice Set-up steps. I can receive calls on my phone. That works. What does not work is when I try to make a phone call from my phone. I get a busy signal when I try to make a call from my phone.

What are the corrective actions I can take to allow me to call from my phone?

On SP2, I have Anveo 911 service setup. I can call 933 an test the service on sp2. No problem.

Why am I getting a buys signal when I use my phone to call other numbers? SP1 has GoogleVoice setup.

Thanks!

Eric

An update. If I dial the area code + my number, it works. I went into the setup page for SP1 that has my Google Voice phone and the 7 digit dialing option for USA + Canada has my area code.

So my question is, why do I need to dial my area code + local number if my area code is already in the 7 digit dialing option field?

Thanks!

Eric

On SP1 is "Primary Line for Outgoing Calls" checked?
