How to make obi incoming call message left on GV account, not on the phone?

Any incoming message are left on my home phone, which I cannot check at work time, how to fix that problem?

GV picksup after 25 seconds. Time your home phone to pickup after 25 seconds, or turn off the VM on the home phone.
