I have setup my OBI110 everything is working well : i can call from the OBION APP to my obi,and dial my home line...
except i cannot register any sip provider/GV account i get : Service Not Configured

Assuming you've updated your OBi to the latest firmware [1.2.1 (Build: 2289)], you shouldn't be having any problems configuring Google Voice and/or a SIP provider. Your OBi is obviously connected to the Internet if it can communicate with OBiON apps.
