Title: Can't hear auto attendant or any other caller

I'm beginning to think my OBi202 is borked.

I have a dial tone.
I have solid green power.
I am able to access the box directly via local IP.
It used to work just fine.
When I dial ***1, I have only silence.
I did a factory reset.
I deleted the device.
I was able to add the device through the **5 XXXX process - but it was still completely silent (no prompts).

The phone I'm using is a cordless 2-line phone.  I hear dial tone just fine, so I'm sure the phone works.

I just don't understand why I can't hear either the auto attendant or other callers.  I can hear it ringing when I call someone, but when they answer, it's complete silence - yet they can hear me.

It's as though the audio portion of the OBI box is broken.  Any ideas?

Well, I've convinced myself that my box has simply gone bad, and I've ordered a replacement from Amazon.   That'll all but guarantee someone will now post a solution...
