Title: Anveo Communicator stopped working

I've just signed up for the Anveo/Obihai "Just Right" plan. I'm using IVR to route incoming calls and I'm sending messages to the Anveo Communicator to show me how calls are flowing through the IVR. Mostly I'm trying to quickly add friends and family to my address book so they don't have to go through the solicitor filtering process.

It isn't that critical because I can always check my Anveo inbox for incomming calls; however, this feature was quite convenient.

Does anyone know what might have happened? I don't think it is a configuration issue. Perhaps it was shut off for over-use or maybe it wasn't suppose to have been enabled in the first place. It doesn't really say that it is an included feature with "Just Right", but other places do seem to indicate it is a free service with any Anveo plan.
