Title: obi200 connecting problem

hi i have a new obi200. it configured on the on the obi portal, but no dial tone after it was set up. the phone is dead now. i get a red and green light on the ata.  what  steps do i take to solve this?

hi i installed it this morning. it configured correctly, but the  red and green alternating stopped everything. after several tries i updated firmware. now i have it working, but the phone keeps flashing indicating a message, but no message and some people still can't call, getting google  message. any help would be appreciated.  thank you  pothound
