Title: Backing up my Obihai202 settings
Post by: Rafkin on November 15, 2015, 04:55:42 AM
I have a OBI202 that I use for 2 separate lines, one business and one personal. I have it working the way I want and was hoping there was a way I could backup my settings in case I replace/update it or settings get changed by accident.
Thanks

You can do that via the device's onboard web GUI,  but not via the Obitalk portal.

Point a browser at the device's IP address and log in. Default credentials are admin and admin. On the left side, click on System Management, then on Device Update. In the main body you will see the Backup Configuration section.

Be aware that,  by design, backups do not contain passwords. Be sure to keep a separate note of those in order to fully restore the Service Provider details.
