Title: No Dial Tone

Howdy,

Had my Obi 110 hooked up through GV for years and all of a sudden I have no dial tone at all.  My internet is working fine and the Obi Control shows a green dot which I think means it's talking back to the servers ok.  What can I check to figure out what is going on?

Any help would be great.

Which service provider(s) are you using on SP1 and SP2?

Log onto the OBiTALK portal, and click the "[Expand]" link next to your device.  What is the status of SP1 and SP2?

If you were using Google Voice, then we have some work to do.

An OBi110 should give dial tone when taking an attached phone off-hook even with nothing connected to its ethernet port. The SP status stuff is irrelevant until you get said dial tone.

If not already done,  the first thing is to try another phone and cord.
