Title: Anveo no response

I am new here and see that Anveo is used by quite a few people. I have looked at their offerings and have tried to communicate with them several times via email, phone and the Click-to-Call button on their site. I can not get anywhere with any of these approaches. Is this typical of them? I don't have much faith in a company that can't be reached.

No this is not typical - they offer great products and their service excellent as well.

Something is amiss... try them again.

Thanks for the replies. I tried again with email and they did respond this time. I guess they didn't get the others I sent. They seemed courteous and helpful so I will probably go with them.

FWIW, They're working well for my parent's phone.
An Email response from them took 24hrs or so IIRC.
