Title: Gtalk Username as trusted caller does not take me to Obi attendant
Post by: Doraemon on July 05, 2011, 11:51:21 AM
I've added my Gtalk username as a trusted caller to Obi.
But when I call My Obi110 from google chat,it rings the phone attached to Obi as opposed to taking me to AA :-[

Here is my Call History.

And my SP2's X_InboundCallRoute

X_InboundCallRoute {(x.6501234567|x.17777654321|'gtalkusername'):aa},{ph}

Please give me any advise.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Be aware that due to a bug in the OBi firmware, you cannot use *78 (Do Not Disturb) to silence incoming calls destined for the OBi's phone, nor can you use *72 (Call Forward All) to forward incoming calls destined for the OBi's phone.  If either of these features is used, all InboundCallRoute processing stops on the SP1, SP2, and LINE Port trunks, breaking all your rules to send certain callers to the Auto Attendant and any other techniques utilizing similar InboundCallRoute processing on these trunks.  Even though correcting the problem is extremely simple, I've been informed by Obihai they will not be fixing this bug.

Thank you for your reply :)
Sorry for taking too long to respond.

I think this must be bug of Obi's firmware too.

So I hope for an early resolution of this problem.
