I cannot find the link to request Obihai Premium Support. I've attached a screenshot and it is not where they say it should be. I've tried the manual update with no luck on my OBI110.

I was about to say the same thing but as I clicked to respond, you and drgeoff already responded.
I am amazed how the "Support" link could be missed at the top of each page--either obihai.com or obitalk.com.
Is premium support good for one incident or a specific number of incidents or limited to a specific number of days, months, or years after receipt of payment?

Save your $10. In almost all cases, you'll get better support in these forums than from Obihai. :(
