Title: How to create a hotline rule in OutboundCallRoute
Post by: TTCP on June 10, 2016, 12:43:01 PM
Hi,

Can someone please give me a sample on how to create a hotline rule in the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute ( or shall I specify it in some other pages )?

The requirement is that, as soon as I lift the phone handset, without I dial any digit, not even the # sign, the OBI unit should immediately make an outbound call to a specific phone number, via, say SP1.

Thanks,

Insert

<:1234567890>|

immediately after the opening ( in the Phone Port Digit map. Replace my 1234567890 with the phone number you want to dial.

Above assumes that with your OBi's current settings dialling the number manually successfully makes the call using the desired SP..
