I think my obi has virus. Today my phone stop working and demand $10 payment to work again. I know it is only $10 but I am on fixed income and I need phone to refill heart medication. I won't pay ransom on principle or else the terrorists win.

Thank you for clear instruction. My phone is working again and my medication is on the way. A giant raspberry to obihai company for treating customers so poorly. At least they did not put forum behind $10 paywall too. We would really be screwed.
