Title: Incoming Google Voice calls: Obi 110 and Obi 200 on same LAN
Post by: paloma on July 12, 2016, 08:59:59 AM
I have an Obi 110 and an Obi 200 on the same LAN, both logged into the same Google Voice account.

Outgoing works fine. Incoming works on only one at a time. The Obi 200 seems to take precedence if it's online.

I would like both to ring simultaneously. If this is not possible behind the same router, I would like to be able to define which takes precedence.

Thanks!

Assuming your OBi200 GV account is defined on SP1 make the following change using OBi Expert:

OBi200:
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute:
ph,pp(200123456)

Replace 200123456 with the OBi number of the OBi110
This will ring the OBi200 and also send the call to the OBi110

OBi110
Remove any code that compares for the OBi200's OBi Number and sends it to the Auto Attendant

Look here:
Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute

or

Just change the OBiTalk InboundCallRoute to: ph
