Title: How do I make SP1, on my Obi 100, be the default dial out?
Post by: bitstopjoe on August 06, 2016, 11:50:02 AM
Ever since I HAD to upgrade my firmware last month for some reason my Obi 100 insists on making SP2 my default dial out using my secondary GV number. Of course I can add **1 to any number and it then uses SP1. How do I make it use SP1 by default? If I delete SP2, my Obi stops dialing out totally. I checked all my settings via my IP and nothing I do seems to help. I rarely post as I prefer to figure things out myself ( hey how else does one learn)
I did a search but I did not find any info or my brain didnt see it.

Thank you

Joe Sica

Try Physical Interfaces, Phone Port, Phone Port, Primary Line. Select SP1 from the drop down.

Yep tried that. I ONLY have SP1 phone port checked, not SP2..

Thank you for trying though :)

1.  Make sure you are not falling foul of the local GUI versus portal gotcha.

2.  Post your Phone ports Digit Map and OutboundCallRoute.

Thank you. Seems the Phone Port primary line was on SP2, even though I never changed it..That fixed it, thank you. No idea how it got changed, which is why never dawned on me to look there!!! DOH!

Thank you again
