So, I'm happy that the new firmware supports CLASS MWI and stutter dialtone to indicate that Google Voice has messages waiting, BUT...

it takes forever (5-30 minutes) for it to clear, after all the messages are read/heard.

Any plans to "fix" this? Or is it inherent in the way the OBi connects to GV?

FWIW, MWI sets and clears within 60 seconds of receiving and reading Google Voice messages here.

It is hard for OBi to know whether all the messages are read/heard, but there are alternatives to clear MWI, e.g., receive/make a call, reboot, power cycle.. All these events trigger an instant re-sync to MWI.
