Title: Options to add automated answer?

Hey all, I need to know of a way to get an auto-answer type feature to work. And I'm stuck because i'm not sure what you actually call it.

When a person call my GV line I want it to auto-answer, then say "thank you for calling blah blah... for sales press #1, for service press #2"... and so on.

Is there a way to do this with GV and Obi?   I've got a 100 and a 202.

That function is known as an Interactive Voice Response unit, or IVR; or "Automated Call Director" or ACD.  Google Voice doesn't support it.  Google Voice is intended for personal use, and it doesn't have some business-class features like that.

The OBi has its own basic IVR functions that require some tech skills to set up.  Some Internet Telephone Service Providers, like voip.ms and Callcentric have IVR functions that you can set up on their web portals.
