Hello,

I successfully configured a voip service provider in " Service provider 1" but when I try to configure "Service provider 2" I always get the message: Service not configured.
It doesnt matter which voip provider I use, the "Service provider 2" always shows the same error: Service not configured.
I double checked everything, it seems like there is a bug in the firmware.

Can anyone help me please?

Assuming you have Service Provider 1 configured on ITSP Profile A + SP1, are you attempting to configure Service Provider 2 on ITSP Profile B + SP2? If so, did you remember to set?:

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
