Title: Obi110: menu selection and extension number input during a call - Line interface
Post by: tre1 on August 26, 2016, 04:00:26 AM
Hi All,
I recently purchased an Obi110 to be used with my existing phone line (PSTN). I completed the basic configuration and it works OK. However, I have some difficulty in configuring Obi110 to get the keypad inputs entered during a call, such as selection from a menu options (Example: "Press 1 for Sales" ) or entering extension number, transmitted properly through the line interface (Li1). Most of the times the other end does not receive these inputs. This happens to inbound calls too (for example when we need to press a number to accept a call-back call). If one can help me with proper configurations, I really appreciate it.
Thank you.
