Title: OBi100 dials out but only dead air (GV)
Post by: crsang on September 06, 2016, 02:22:07 PM
OBi100
1.3.0 (Build: 2886)

Prior to upgrading to 2886 I had the same issue as many others with GV just not receiving incoming calls.  I upgraded to 2886 and everything appeared to go well except now I can't make outbound calls or answer incoming calls.  I can call my GV number which rings the phones, but I can't pick up!

Active call shows trying although all I hear is dead air

Same call shows up in history as though it was a normal call(https://i.imgur.com/dVBdZEn.png)

SP1 (GoogleVoice) shows connected

I've factory reset my OBi100 both from the device itself and with a paperclip.  I've removed the device from OBiTalk then added and reconfigured everything.  I've tried GV on SP2 with the same results.  OBiTalk echo test works fine as well (**9222222222)

Confirmed user name and password are correct with GV and "Setting" > "Phones" > "Forwards to" "Google Chat" is checked.  This same GV account worked previously and no alterations have been made since that should affect the OBi100.

Anveo E911 works on SP2 as confirmed with a call test to 933.

Any ideas what might be causing GV to not connect?

I've completed those steps and the issue persists.

A Peer RTP address is not being assigned and no Codecs.
Do you have a firewall that will block RTP traffic?
It should look like the below attachment.

Edit:
Is the OBi100 attached to a 2nd router (network)?
