Title: Person on other end can't hear me
Post by: ajm258 on July 13, 2011, 06:23:56 PM
I'm on the latest Obi110 Firmware.  Many times when I call out, I can hear the person I'm calling however they can't hear me.  If I hang up and call them back the problem usually goes away.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  As an fyi, I'm using goggle voice with my Obi110.

You're likely experiencing problems due to your router.  If possible, temporarily connect the OBi directly to your broadband modem, power cycling both after making the connection.  If the problem goes away, your router is almost certainly the cause.  Sometimes you can eliminate the problem by forwarding ports 16600 - 16998 to the OBi.
