I have been using an Obi 100 and am upgrading to Obi 202, which I just received. I will only be using the one current line for now and will add the second line in the future. My question is, can I just switch out the 100 with the 202 and everything will work as currently is, or do I have to go through some kind of setup for the 202?

You will need to go through the entire setup process just as if you never had had the OBi100.
There are ways of doing a sort of global copy and paste from the 100 to the 202 but it is probably easier for you to do it piecemeal.
If you just unplug the 100 and put the new 202 in its place, next to nothing will happen.
